I originally saw an Audi sq5 at their dealership that peaked my attention. I drove to view and all was well. I had difficulty securing insurance and finance economically for it after leaving g a deposit so I moved my deposit over to a Q7 they had in stock. I was dealing with Raiian who was very patient with the whole process which all in all took about two weeks. Went to pick up the car. Had done exactly 108 miles in it and it broke down at 11pm that night. I called raiian straight away who forwarded me on to Saed who paid for me to get a taxi home (Wednesday)and the car to be recovered back to their garage the following morning and paid for diagnostics and the work to be done and I got the car back the following Monday. The issue with the car was not their fault at all. It’s just one of those things that can go without warning (high pressure fuel pump) And the car had been absolutely faultless ever since. I can’t recommend these guys enough and my faith in car dealers has been restored!! And the car has been absolutely perfect ever since. I’m very sceptical about car dealers having dealt with both main dealers at Audi, BMW and Mercedes… and many third party dealers but these guys are right up there in the rank of car dealers I would 100% deal with again in the future. Thanks guys. I don’t write many reviews unless I’ve been seriously wronged or if the the service I’ve received was absolutely outstanding and this is definitely deserved!!
